Process — Four Phases
I

Listen & Survey

Two site visits at different hours, a measured survey, and a long conversation about how you actually live or work. No drawings yet — only questions.

Weeks 1–4
II

Concept & Section

Three distinct massing studies tested against sun path and budget. We choose one together and commit — the section is decided before the facade.

Weeks 5–12
III

Detail & Tender

Full technical drawings at 1:20 and 1:5, a material book with physical samples, and a tender to three contractors we trust.

Weeks 13–30
IV

Build & Handover

Fortnightly site reviews, a snagging pass at practical completion, and a return visit one year in — buildings are judged after four seasons.
