The discovery call is a real conversation, not a sales pitch – you talk, I ask questions, and we both work out whether coaching is the right tool. Book it below, or just pick up the phone.
Book a discovery call
I read every enquiry myself – no assistants, no funnel. Here’s the whole process, so nothing about it is a mystery.
Booking for a team or an employer? Use the same form, choose “Booking for a team or organisation”, and mention rough dates – workshop slots go a quarter ahead.
Keep an eye on your inbox (and the spam folder, just once). Speak soon.

Forms aren’t for everyone. These all land with me directly – there’s nobody else here.

Questions, answered straight
Honestly, you might need all three – and sometimes the answer to “should I quit?” is yes. That’s what the free discovery call is for: thirty minutes to work out whether coaching is the right tool for your situation. If it isn’t, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better. I turn away roughly a quarter of enquiries for exactly this reason.
You talk, I listen and ask questions – it’s a miniature coaching session, not a sales call. By the end you’ll know three things: what’s actually going on, whether I’m the right coach for it, and what working together would look like. If either of us thinks it’s not a fit, we shake hands (virtually) and part as friends.
Therapy looks back to heal; mentoring hands you someone else’s map. Coaching looks forward and helps you draw your own. I don’t give career advice – I ask the questions that surface what you already half-know, then hold you to acting on it. If what comes up needs a therapist, I’ll say so directly and help you find one.
I coach Tuesday to Friday, 8am–6pm UK time, over video. Tuesday evenings are held for clients in other time zones – I currently coach across four. Life happens: you can move any session with 48 hours’ notice, no charge, no guilt. Less notice than that and we’ll find a solution the first time; after that the session is used.
Often, yes – about a third of my 1:1 clients are funded through a learning & development budget. I invoice employers directly, provide a coaching agreement HR will recognise, and keep session content completely confidential (your employer gets attendance, never notes). Ask your manager; the worst case is a no and you’re exactly where you started.
We review the fit honestly at session two – that’s built into the programme, not a favour. If either of us feels it isn’t working, I refund the remaining sessions in full, no forms, no friction. It has happened twice in four years. Both people got a straight referral to a coach who suited them better.
