Every price, published. No “from a consultation” games.
This is our complete fee list – the same one printed at reception and taped inside the staff-room cupboard. Read it before you book, take your written quote home afterwards, and never meet a surprise on an invoice.
The full price list
Where a range is shown, it depends on the size or complexity of the tooth in question – and you’ll always be told the exact figure, in writing, before anything starts.
The price we quote is the price you pay. If we discover something unexpected mid-treatment, we stop, explain, and re-quote before continuing. Pearl Plan members take 10% off every treatment fee below.

Predictable dentistry for £18.50 a month
Most families on the plan spend less per year than they did paying as they went – and they actually come in, which is rather the point. Prevention is cheaper than repair, in every sense.
Pay as you go
Just pay the price list as you need us.

What a family actually saves
- Two adults, pay-as-you-go – 2 check-ups + 2 hygiene visits each£532
- Two children’s check-ups, twice a year£140
- Pay-as-you-go total for the year£672
- Two adults on the Pearl Plan (£18.50 × 12 × 2) – children’s check-ups free£444
- Saving for the family, before any treatment discounts£228 a year
Add the 10% treatment discount and free emergency visits and the gap widens further. If the plan wouldn’t save you money – say, you’re a one-visit-a-year person with excellent teeth – reception will tell you so and suggest you stay pay-as-you-go. It has happened many times, and it’s why people trust the plan.
Good dentistry shouldn’t wait for a good month
Any treatment plan over £500 can be spread into monthly payments. It takes about five minutes to arrange at reception, and the decision arrives while the kettle boils.
0% over 12 months
Interest-free on any plan over £500. An implant at £2,400 becomes £200 a month for a year – the total you pay is still £2,400, to the penny.
Longer terms available
Need smaller monthlies? Terms up to 36 months are available through our finance partner at 9.9% APR representative. We’ll show you the total cost of each option side by side – including the honest advice that shorter is cheaper.
A soft check only
Eligibility uses a soft credit check that leaves no mark on your credit file. If finance isn’t approved, nothing is recorded, nobody is embarrassed, and your written quote still holds for 90 days.
A short statement of the obvious
When Dr Osei founded Pearl Lane, she rang twenty local practices as a mystery shopper and asked one question: “How much is a filling?” Nineteen said it depends, come in for a consultation. One quoted a number. That felt like the whole problem with private dentistry in miniature.
Half the fear of the dentist is fear of the bill – the quiet dread that saying yes in the chair means an invoice you can’t predict. So we publish everything: the routine fees, the expensive things, the emergency call-out you hope never to need. When a price is a range, we tell you what moves it, and you get the exact figure in writing before anything begins.
Does publishing prices lose us the odd patient to a cheaper practice down the road? Occasionally. We think it wins us something better: patients who arrive already knowing the cost, and can spend their appointment thinking about their teeth instead of the meter.
— Dr Amara Osei, principal dentist
You’ve seen the prices. The rest is just booking.
A check-up is £55, takes twenty unhurried minutes, and ends with a written plan – even if the plan is “see you in six months”.
