Two-hour slots that mean two hours — and it costs us if they don’t.

  • Every booking gets a two-hour arrival slot, confirmed by text
  • Text with your engineer’s name and photo, 30 minutes out
  • If we miss the slot without warning you, £25 off the job
  • Cancel or move your booking free up to 24 hours before
  • Overshoes, dust sheets and a vacuumed work area — standard
