Catering menus
Every menu below has been served at a real event. Treat them as starting points – at your tasting we build yours dish by dish, including the ones your grandmother will be checking.
Tiffins & breakfast
Half the functions we cater begin before nine in the morning – a mangalasnanam at dawn, a puja at seven, close family arriving hungry from three different postcodes. This is the menu that meets them.
It also stands alone: nischitarthams, satyanarayana vratams and small home pujas are often best served as a full tiffin spread rather than a lunch. Everything is cooked on site or finished on site – idli steamed in batches, chutneys ground that morning, coffee filtered, not instant.
From £9.50 per guest · minimum 30 guests · served 7am onwards.
Live counters
Each counter comes with its own chef, equipment and serving crew, and can be added to any menu. We check your venue’s power and open-flame rules before we promise anything.
Ghee roast, karam dosa and pesarattu made to order on a six-foot tawa. The most-booked counter we run.
Filled at the counter, never pre-made. Sweet, spicy or “surprise me” – the queue is part of the fun.
Piped, fried and dunked in front of the guests. Ask for the saffron batch.
The Hyderabad evening, recreated. Runs late into the sangeet – the midnight batch is famous.
Malai, pista and mango kulfi cut to order, falooda layered in glass, not plastic.
Meetha and saada, rolled to order as guests leave. The proper goodbye.
The sweets table
Order by the piece, as boxed favours, or as a styled sweets table matched to your outfit colours. Everything is made in our Wembley kitchen except the one thing that cannot be made anywhere else.
Paper-thin rice-starch sheets folded with ghee and jaggery – brought in from the village that invented them, because imitations insult everyone involved.
Warm, loosely packed, properly ghee-heavy. One per leaf at the bhojanam and one boxed for the road.
Flaky layers soaked through with syrup – crisp at the edge, molten in the middle, exactly as the East Godavari aunties expect.
Rice-flour and jaggery discs fried in ghee, with sesame pressed into the face. Sankranti in a single bite, any month of the year.
Roasted urad-dal laddus bound with ghee and jaggery – the ones grandmothers judge hardest. Ours pass.
Soft chana-jaggery flatbreads finished with a spoon of ghee at service. Cold bobbatlu are a crime we refuse to commit.
