Only outbound SMS – reminders, waitlist offers and rebooking nudges. WhatsApp messages and emails are free and unlimited, and client replies never count. Beyond your allowance SMS is 4p per message, capped by a monthly limit you set yourself so there are never surprise bills.

Prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate. Every invoice is a full VAT invoice, so if your business is VAT-registered you can reclaim it as usual. Invoices land in your inbox and sit in your billing history forever.
Always. Export your clients, bookings and notes as CSV from settings on any plan, including free. If you close your account we delete your data in line with UK GDPR – and we’ll confirm in writing when it’s done. Your client list is yours, full stop.
