Your data, plainly explained
This notice covers the Queuely marketing site – the pages you’re reading now. It’s short, because this site collects almost nothing, and it’s in plain English, because small print helps nobody.
No cookies · no analytics · no ad trackers on this site

The short version
- The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the book-a-demo form.
- We use it to reply and set up your demo – nothing else. No marketing lists, no resale, ever.
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and nothing stored in your browser’s localStorage.
- Want a copy, a correction or deletion? Email hello@queuely.co.uk – done within a month, usually much faster.
Who we are
Queuely is built by Queuely Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company No. 15832047), at 14 Rivington Street, London EC2A 3DU. For everything described in this notice, we’re the data controller – and the door to knock on. Email hello@queuely.co.uk or call 020 7946 0412, Mon–Fri 9–6, and a person in London will answer.
What this notice covers
Just this marketing site: the pages at www.queuely.co.uk where you read about Queuely, compare plans and book a demo. The Queuely product itself – the app your business signs into – has its own privacy notice and a signed data processing agreement (DPA), shown before you create an account.
What we collect, and why
One thing: what you choose to type into the book-a-demo form. That’s your name, business name and email, plus – only if you add them – your phone number, business type, team size and a note about your biggest headache.
We use it to reply, offer you call times and run the demo you asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests – you wrote to us, so we write back – and your consent for the optional extras. If you email, call or WhatsApp us directly, we keep that correspondence the same way any business keeps its inbox.
That’s the lot. We don’t build profiles, buy data about you, or add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries are kept for 12 months from our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a customer, your details move into your account, where the product’s privacy notice and DPA take over. Ask us to delete sooner and we will – see section 07.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies – not even “essential” ones – runs no analytics, and loads no advertising or social media pixels. We store nothing in your browser’s localStorage. The Q chat bubble in the corner answers from a fixed script inside your own browser; those conversations are never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
One technical note for completeness: our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google’s servers that – like any web request – includes your IP address. No cookies are set by that request.
Who else touches your data
No one. We use no subprocessors for this marketing site – your form submission lands in our own inbox and goes nowhere else. Inside the Queuely product, your clients’ and bookings’ data is governed by our DPA, which lists the product’s subprocessors and its UK hosting.
Your rights and data requests
Under UK GDPR you can ask us, at any time, to:
- send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access);
- correct anything that’s wrong (rectification);
- delete it (erasure), or pause how we use it (restriction);
- hand it over in a portable format (portability);
- or object to our use of it altogether (objection).
Email hello@queuely.co.uk with “Data request” in the subject line. No forms, no fee, and an answer within one month – usually much faster.
If we’ve fallen short
You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first – but it’s your right either way.
Changes to this notice
If we ever change what this site collects, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change happens – not after. We won’t quietly widen anything.
