FAQ
Questions business owners actually ask
Straight answers, no jargon. If your question is not here, send it over - you will get a plain-English reply.
How much does a website cost?
In the UK, the Standard Website begins at £199, the Business Website at £299 and the Premium Website at £399. We also publish fixed regional prices for the United States, India and Australia on the packages page. The final quote depends on pages, content, integrations, automation and support, and is always confirmed before work begins.
Do I need to provide content?
It helps if you have text, photos and business details ready, but you do not need everything polished. We help you structure the pages, tidy up wording with you, and can support with photography and website-ready visuals if you need them.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Redesigns are a normal part of what we do. We review your current site first, keep what works, and rebuild the parts that are holding it back - design, structure, speed or enquiry flow.
Do you build AI chatbots?
Yes. We build chatbots that answer common questions, explain your services and collect enquiries, trained on your own business information so the answers sound like you. Anything complex is passed to a human.
Do you offer photography or visual content?
Yes. The founder is also a photographer, so we can help with website-ready photos, image optimisation and how your business is presented visually. This can be added to any package or arranged separately.
How long does a website take?
A Standard Website is typically live in 1 to 2 weeks, a Business Website in 2 to 3 weeks, and a Premium Website in 3 to 4 weeks. The biggest factor is usually how quickly content and feedback come together, and we agree a realistic timeline with you at the start.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
Yes. We set your website up on fast, reliable hosting and hand it over working - and every website includes its first month on the care plan free. The plan means your changes are made for you (text, photos, prices, offers), you get a short monthly report on your visitors, and security, backups and monitoring are handled quietly. Keep it going or cancel anytime; without it, the site is fully yours and later changes are quoted per job.
How does payment work?
Projects are split in two: a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% on completion, before the site goes live. After your scope and written quote are approved, you can pay the exact regional deposit through the secure Stripe checkout on the packages page. The remaining balance is confirmed and collected separately on completion.
Can I pay from outside the UK?
Yes. Stripe checkout supports the fixed prices published for the UK, United States, India and Australia. The payment page presents the supported local currency for your payment location. If it does not match your approved quote, do not pay and contact the studio so we can send the correct payment option.
Why do prices vary by region?
We set a fixed price for each region rather than converting live from GBP. That keeps the price sensible for each market and means the figure you see is the figure you pay, without exchange-rate surprises.
What happens after I pay or request a package?
You get a confirmation, and we ask you to complete our Website Discovery Form so we understand your business, goals, content, design preferences and timeline. The founder then contacts you within one working day to confirm exactly what your project includes before any work begins. Nothing is built until the scope is agreed.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes, that is who we are built for. Small businesses, restaurants, cafés, clinics, salons, gyms, charities, community organisations and local service providers, including Indian and Telugu community businesses across the UK.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. The goal is to support your team by handling repeated questions and simple tasks, so your staff can focus on the work that actually needs a human.
Still have a question?
Ask it the easy way - describe your business and what you are trying to fix. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.
