Who we are

ARTistic AI Studios is a founder-led digital studio based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@artisticaistudios.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your business and project. Phone number, business name and website are optional. If you message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive whatever you send there.

If you run the free website audit and choose to receive the report by email, we collect your name, your email address and the web address you checked, along with the report itself, so we can send it to you and follow up if you ask us to.

With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the website. See the Cookie Policy for details.

If you chat with ARTist, our AI assistant, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not type passwords, card details or anything confidential into the chat. The conversation stays in your browser tab only and is cleared when you close it; we do not build a profile from it. The same applies to the demonstration chat assistants on this site: if you choose to leave your name and contact details in a chat, we receive them so we can reply - that is the only thing they are used for.

If you are a client and sign in to the client portal, we receive your name and email address to confirm who you are. Signing in with Google (or Apple) gives us only those two things and never your password for that account. If you create an account with an email address and password instead, the password is stored by our sign-in provider as a one-way scramble that cannot be turned back into your password, and nobody at the studio can see it. Alongside that we store the details of your own project - its stage, what has been paid, and the notes and links we share with you.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and run your project if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for. Portal sign-in is used for one thing only: to show you your own project and nobody else’s.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered through Formspree. Analytics, if you consent, run through Google Analytics. Messages you send to our AI assistant are processed by Anthropic to generate the reply. When you choose to pay online, Stripe processes your payment and the billing details needed to complete it. The client portal runs on Supabase, which also stores audit results you ask us to email and enquiries left through the chat assistants, so they reach us reliably; portal sign-in goes through Google, or Apple if you choose it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as it is useful for working together, and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Portal records are kept while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own accounting, then removed - and if you ask us to close your portal access sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@artisticaistudios.com and we will sort it out.
