About the studio

ARTistic AI Studios is the trading name of ARTistic AI Studios Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17346211, registered office 141 Lillie Road, London SW6 7SX). Our services are provided to businesses. These terms describe how projects work; they are kept deliberately simple and may be updated as the studio grows.

Scope and quotes

Final project scope is confirmed before work begins. The packages on this website are starting points: the exact pages, content, integrations, automation and support included in your project are agreed in writing before anything is built. Prices may vary depending on those requirements, and you will always receive a clear quote first.

Deposits and payments

Projects are paid in two stages: a 50% deposit to secure your slot and begin work, and the remaining 50% on completion, due once the site is finished and approved and before it goes live. Exact figures are confirmed in your written quote.

The deposit is what reserves your place in the schedule, so it is non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before work starts, it is refunded in full. Payment details are confirmed directly with the studio as part of your quote. Once that quote is approved, deposits and subscriptions can be paid through the secure Stripe checkout linked from the packages page. Do not pay if the checkout currency or amount differs from your approved quote.

Subscriptions

Two of our services are subscriptions: the Monthly Care Plan and the AI chatbot. Both can be paid monthly or yearly. The yearly price is exactly ten times the monthly price and covers twelve months - two months free - billed once a year. Every subscription renews automatically at the published rate until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payments are taken.

When a care plan begins after a website build, the published free first month is applied as a 30-day trial on the monthly subscription, so the first payment is taken a month after you subscribe. When a care plan ends, support ends with it as described below. When a chatbot subscription ends, the assistant is switched off at the end of the paid period; the business facts it was trained on are yours and are returned or deleted on request.

Content and materials

You are responsible for making sure any text, images and other materials you provide are yours to use. Anything we create for your project belongs to you once the project is paid for in full.

Revisions and timelines

Each package includes a review stage before launch, and reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Timelines are estimates and depend partly on how quickly content and feedback are provided.

Support

Every project includes its first month on the monthly care plan at no charge. After that the plan continues at the published monthly rate unless cancelled, and can be cancelled or restarted at any time. Without an active plan, support ends 30 days after launch and further changes are quoted per job.
