What actually goes wrong

Restaurants receive the same questions all day - menu, opening hours, location, dietary options, bookings, delivery and offers. Staff answer them between orders, and the phone never stops. Meanwhile the customer who could not find your menu on their phone has already ordered from someone else.

What we build instead

A fast, mobile-first site where the menu is the first thing a hungry person finds, with photos that make it worth ordering. A WhatsApp button so an enquiry takes one tap. A booking or enquiry flow that lands in your inbox. And an AI assistant trained on your own menu and hours, answering the repeated questions instantly so your staff can focus on the customers in front of them.

What the build includes

  • Menu sections built for a phone screen, not a PDF nobody can read
  • Photo gallery for the food and the room
  • WhatsApp or call button for one-tap enquiries
  • Booking or table enquiry flow routed to your inbox
  • Google Maps, opening hours and location details
  • AI assistant trained on your menu, hours and common questions
  • Fast hosting so it loads on mobile data outside your door

A build you can look at

A live restaurant build by the studio - halal fried chicken, burgers and wings in Fulham, with collection and local delivery.

Questions we get asked

Can customers order or book through the website?

The Business and Premium packages include a booking or appointment enquiry flow, with enquiries routed to your inbox, Google Sheets or CRM. The Premium package can also include online payment setup if you want to take orders and payment directly through the site.

Can I update the menu myself when prices change?

Yes. The Business and Premium packages include easy content editing, so you can update text and prices without touching code or waiting on us.

How long does a restaurant website take?

Typical timelines are 1-2 weeks for a Standard Website, 2-3 weeks for a Business Website and 3-4 weeks for a Premium Website. The biggest factor is how quickly your menu, photos and feedback come together.

What does a restaurant website cost?

A Standard Website starts from £199 and is typically live in 1-2 weeks, which covers a single site with a menu, photos and enquiries. The Business Website, from £299, adds lead capture, a booking flow, an AI assistant for the questions that interrupt service, and simple automations. Projects are split 50% to start and 50% on completion.

We already have a website. Can you improve it instead of rebuilding?

Often, yes. We review your current site first, keep what works, and rebuild what is holding it back. If your site supports integrations, we can add a chatbot, smart forms and lead capture without a full rebuild. A free website audit is the usual starting point.

Tell us what your week looks like

The free website audit is the usual starting point. We look at your current site, online presence and enquiry flow - or your starting point if you have no website yet - and recommend the smallest package that genuinely covers what you need. No obligation.
