What actually goes wrong

Customers ask the same questions about treatments, prices, timings, appointments and aftercare, across three channels at once. Your team answers each one individually. The information exists - it is just scattered across a phone call, a DM and someone remembering to reply. Meanwhile a prospective client who wanted to know whether you treat their concern quietly gives up.

What we build instead

A site where every treatment has a proper page: what it is, who it suits, what it costs and how long it takes. An appointment enquiry flow that captures what the person actually needs before they arrive. Aftercare information where clients can find it themselves. And an AI assistant giving accurate treatment and price answers on the spot, while passing anything clinical or complicated straight to a human.

What the build includes

  • A page per treatment with prices, timings and who it suits
  • Appointment or consultation enquiry flow with instant notifications
  • Aftercare and preparation information clients can find themselves
  • FAQ section covering the questions your team repeats daily
  • Google Maps, hours and clear contact routes
  • AI assistant for treatments, prices and availability, handing anything complex to a person
  • Accessibility and performance checks before launch on Premium builds

A build you can look at

Uneek Care is a live build by the studio - a skin and hair care brand, so it shows the beauty side of this work rather than a medical practice. For a clinic we build the same things around a different front door: service pages, an FAQ that answers what people ring up to ask, and an appointment enquiry flow.

Questions we get asked

Will the AI assistant give medical advice?

No, and it should not. It answers factual questions - what a treatment is, what it costs, how long it takes, when you are open - and passes anything clinical or complex straight to a human. The goal is to support your team, not to replace the judgement that needs a person.

Can patients book appointments directly?

The Business and Premium packages include a booking or appointment enquiry flow. Depending on how your clinic works, that can be a booking button, an appointment form, a WhatsApp handoff, or syncing with a tool like Calendly.

How is enquiry information handled?

Enquiry details are used only to reply and to run your project - no mailing lists nobody asked for. Analytics cookies only load if a visitor accepts them. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

What does a clinic website cost?

A Standard Website starts from £199 and is typically live in 1-2 weeks. Most clinics want the Business Website, from £299, which adds lead capture, a booking flow, an AI chatbot trained on your treatments and up to three simple automations. A free website audit is the usual starting point.

Tell us what your week looks like

The free website audit is the usual starting point. We look at your current site, online presence and enquiry flow - or your starting point if you have no website yet - and recommend the smallest package that genuinely covers what you need. No obligation.
