What actually goes wrong

Most barbers and salons run on Instagram and word of mouth. It works until someone new wants to know your prices, whether you take walk-ins, where exactly you are and whether you can fit them in on Saturday. They message, you are cutting, and by the time you reply they have booked down the road. Nothing is wrong with your work - the enquiry just had nowhere to land.

What we build instead

A site that does the answering while you work. Your cuts and prices laid out plainly, so nobody has to ask. Your hours, your location and a map. A booking enquiry that reaches you as a proper notification rather than a buried DM. And an AI assistant that handles the price-and-availability questions at eleven at night, when you are not looking at your phone.

What the build includes

  • Services and prices laid out clearly, no PDF or story highlight needed
  • Gallery of your work, optimised so it loads fast
  • Booking or appointment enquiry flow with instant notifications
  • WhatsApp or call button for the customers who prefer to message
  • Opening hours, walk-in policy, location and Google Maps
  • Instagram linked so your existing following flows both ways
  • AI assistant for prices, availability and the usual questions

A build you can look at

Questions we get asked

I already get all my bookings through Instagram. Do I need a website?

Instagram is good at showing your work and poor at everything else - it cannot hold your prices where people can find them, it does not appear when someone searches for a barber near them, and you do not own it. A website is where the people who have not heard of you yet arrive.

Can it connect to the booking system I already use?

Usually. We set up booking and appointment enquiry flows in the Business and Premium packages - booking buttons, appointment forms, WhatsApp handoff, or syncing with tools like Calendly, depending on how you take bookings today.

What does a barber shop website cost?

A Standard Website starts from £199 and is typically live in 1-2 weeks, which covers most single-location shops. The Business Website, from £299, adds lead capture, a booking flow, an AI chatbot and simple automations. Projects are split 50% to start and 50% on completion.

Do you take photos of the shop as well?

Yes. Ravi, the founder, is also a working photographer and filmmaker, so we can handle business photography, website-ready visuals and gallery pages rather than relying on generic stock photos. It can be added to any package or arranged separately.

Tell us what your week looks like

The free website audit is the usual starting point. We look at your current site, online presence and enquiry flow - or your starting point if you have no website yet - and recommend the smallest package that genuinely covers what you need. No obligation.
